Refund policy
Because all Blonde Henchman products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is printed specifically for you once an order is placed, which helps us reduce waste and avoid overproduction.
That said, we stand behind the quality of our products and will always work with you if something isn’t right.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Incorrect size, color, or style selection
- Personal preference or change of mind
- Ordering errors made at checkout
- Fit or aesthetic expectations
Please review product details, sizing charts, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@blondehenchman.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A free replacement
- Store credit
- A refund issued as store credit
Damaged or defective items do not need to be returned.
Manufacturing Variations
Because our products are printed on demand, minor variations may occur. For apparel printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) methods, slight differences in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) are considered normal and are not treated as defects.
Refund Review & Resolution Process
Once we receive your request regarding a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will review the information provided and notify you of our decision via email.
If your request is approved:
- A replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion
- Store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days of approval
- You will receive an email confirmation once store credit has been applied
Store credit is issued electronically and does not require the item to be returned. If your request is not approved, we will notify you with an explanation. If you have not received confirmation within 10 business days of approval, please contact us at hello@blondehenchman.com.
Store Credit
Any approved refunds are issued as store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase on our site.
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit.
Notice to California Customers
This policy is provided in accordance with California Civil Code §1723.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. However, please note that custom, made-to-order products may be exempt from this right under EU consumer law. If you have questions, contact us before placing your order.
